About

I have spent more than 15 years inside high-growth technology and mobility organizations building communications functions from the ground up, shaping executive narratives, and helping leadership teams show up with clarity when the stakes are high. Before advising founders and executives, I led in-house communications at companies scaling quickly in competitive and regulated markets. I built teams, developed thought leadership platforms, supported major launches, and helped companies earn credibility beyond their balance sheets. I started my career as a broadcast journalist, and that experience still shapes how I think about narrative, risk, and how stories actually land. How I Work

Most engagements start with a 3-month foundation period. I work closely with founders and leadership teams to build and apply narrative in real business situations - not in isolation. That usually means a mix of messaging development, strategic guidance, and hands-on support across moments that matter (fundraising, launches, media, executive visibility). This isn’t a high-volume agency model. I stay tightly involved, work with a small number of companies at a time, and focus on getting to the right answer rather than just generating output. The goal is to build something that actually holds up in the market and can continue to compound after the initial engagement.

Includes angle development, media targeting, outreach, and briefing prep. Focus is on quality conversations and positioning, not blasting announcements. Client walks away with meaningful coverage and/or strong journalist engagement, plus a clearer understanding of how their story lands externally.

Executive Voice & Thought Leadership Build
4-12 weeks

Builds a founder or executive into a credible, consistent voice in their category, grounded in the company’s core narrative. Includes POV development, content pillars, and initial outputs (LinkedIn posts, op-ed angles, talking points). Focus is on clarity and consistency, not content volume. Client walks away with a defined voice, clear perspectives worth sharing, and a repeatable system for showing up in a way that actually builds authority over time.
